Food And Beverage Supervisor- Aka Nomad

Position: F&B Supervisor
Reports to:Food and Beverage Manager
Job Purpose: The F&B Supervisor is responsible for opening the restaurant daily, monitoring and ensuring tasks are completed to prepare the F&B operation for the day, and ensuring team members are equipped with necessary resources for their shifts.

Job Summary: The F&B Supervisor greets guests, provides accurate wait times, and escorts customers to the dining and bar areas. They ensure that the restaurant, minibar, and kitchen are set up prior to opening for business. Solid organizational and people skills are essential for ensuring a positive dining experience for guests from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities:

• Open the restaurant for breakfast, ensuring all tables are properly set and staff complete opening duties.
• Supervise the minibar operation through daily room inspections and inventory checks.
• Communicate important reservation and pre-shift notes to staff.
• Address guest issues and special requests.
• Greet guests, offer seating choices, and escort them to their tables.
• Maintain and update the logbook for communication between shifts and management.
• Ensure proper dining room setup and support kitchen staff with necessary resources.
• Manage quality control of dishes and complete order guides for the kitchen.
• Monitor fridge temperatures and prepare reports for minibar staff.
• Issue keys and devices to minibar staff.
• Maintain regular attendance and perform other assigned duties.
• Log daily shift reports for management handoff.
