Flagler Floral Co. is a floral design company based in Palm Beach FL, specializing in creative design for top fashion, lifestyle, and beauty brands. This is an opportunity to join a fast growing, multi-faceted company that is always working on new and exciting projects.

We are looking to add a full time florist to our team that has a minimum of 3 years experience in floral design. Experience in other design categories encouraged as well. Florist will be working on events, leading workshops, and in our retail shop.

Requirements/Qualifications

Saturdays a Must!
A passion for floral design and awareness of current and future floral trends
Positive attitude
Organizational skills
A strong understanding of the NY floral market & standard floral pricing/budgeting
Computer skills, problem solving, and customer service
3+ years in a floral environment, floral shop or design studio is encouraged

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Floral design: 2 years (Preferred)
