Fleet Manager

• Formulate a comprehensive plan for testing and data collection, encompassing the scope of testing, data collection parameters, route planning, and vehicle configuration. Align the plan with the requirements of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) functions and adhere to the overall project timeline.

• Effectively manage resources, including vehicles, drivers, and road test engineers, identifying potential bottlenecks and devising alternative solutions to meet task requirements.

• Ensure the successful execution of data collection activities, utilizing both in-house development fleets and mass production vehicles. This effort supports the timely delivery of the autonomous driving product Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in the United States, with the collected data being crucial for training and optimizing product performance.

• Develop and implement a standardized workflow to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, ensure data quality, and prioritize safety in data collection and associated operations.

• Establish and maintain connections with external suppliers to guarantee both the quantity and quality of deliveries.

Qualifications:

• Possess solution-oriented thinking and effective communication skills.

• Demonstrate unwavering dedication and commitment to assigned tasks.

• Possess foundational knowledge of ADAS and autonomous driving products, including hardware and software components.

• Exhibit proven experience in fleet operations, specifically in the realms of data collection and closed-loop testing of ADAS functions.

• Familiarity with data protection regulations.

• Have hands-on experience in conducting data collection tasks and an understanding of the process within the United States.

• Demonstrated ability to engage and manage external suppliers providing open and closed-loop drivers, road test engineers, or vehicle maintenance services.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is advantageous.

• Proven track record of collaborating with international teams.

• Possession of a valid US driver's license is a prerequisite.
