Role Overview: Seeking a technically skilled Fleet and Facilities Manager to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and compliance for our fleet and facilities. This role demands a high-quality, timely output in a fast-paced environment, directly supporting our expansion goals and service excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee maintenance and operation of our landscaping fleet and facilities, ensuring readiness and efficiency.
- Growth and Expansion: Actively contribute to the company’s expansion strategy, preparing for scaling operations into new regions and managing the complexities of multi-branch operations.
- Financial Oversight: Manage P&L and budget for fleet and facilities operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial accountability.
- Analytical Problem-Solving: Use an analytical approach to solve complex issues, applying technical knowledge and creativity.
- Decision Making: Make informed decisions based on detailed analysis and expertise, balancing quick problem-solving with thorough risk assessment.
- Leadership: Lead with high expectations and precision, employing a disciplined approach to delegation and follow-up.
Qualifications:
- Experience in fleet and/or facilities management, ideally within a growing company.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and understand P&L statements.
- Capable of strategic planning for operational scaling in line with company growth.
- Effective communicator, with a focus on delivering accurate information.
