Decker Truck Line, Inc. has an opportunity available for an experienced individual to join our Bessemer team as a Fleet Manager/Dispatcher. Great full-time first shift schedule of Monday-Friday 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm!

Daily Responsibilities:
- Planning and coordinating loads for Company Drivers and Owner-Operators
- Taking care of Professional Drivers making sure they are getting paid and getting home when they need to be.
Must Haves:
- The ideal candidate will have a solid background in refrigerated and/or flatbed truckload operations including planning and coordinating loads for both company drivers and owner-operators; however, we're willing to train the right candidate with a matching skill set.
- Previous directly-related experience is a plus and excellent communication and computer skills are required.
- Must work well with others and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced professional work environment
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A background in MS Office is required
- Experience with McLeod Transportation software and Qualcomm E-log systems are a plus.
- Other duties as assigned.
