SalaryResponsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute events from start to finish
- Coordinate with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements
- Develop event concepts and themes that align with client's vision
- Oversee event setup, including decorations, seating arrangements, and audiovisual equipment
- Coordinate event timelines and ensure all activities run smoothly
- Provide on-site support during events to address any issues or concerns
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members
- Strong guest services orientation to ensure a positive experience for attendees
- Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills to manage details and logistics of events
- Experience in coordinating catering services for events is a plus
