The Fleet and Facilities Coordinator is responsible for supporting the agency in maintenance and office supply management.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate third party maintenance contracts to include Fleet and Facilities
- Ensure agency is clean, tidy and serviceable at all times
- Serve as office runner to get office supplies and make deliveries
- May be required for day travel
- Provide clerical support, as required
What We'll Love About You:

- Demonstrate good customer service
- Be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- The position requires activity that is approximately 60% outdoors and 40% indoors
- Requires a valid DL and the ability to drive company vehicles per company policy
- Must have an acceptable driving record per TXDMV
