General Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining corporate fleet of one or more locations.
Principal duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate database and files for maintenance for Department of Transportation (DOT) records.
- Oversee data integrity of issuance, maintenance and use of corporate gas cards.
- Coordinate database and files for drivers with Commercial Driver’s License.
- Keep vehicles in inventory in safe working order, properly maintained, plated, licensed and repaired as necessary.
- Doing regular, documented visual inspections of fleet on their roster and reporting or fixing any issues that may cause safety concerns or DOT violations.
- Coordinating with drivers on proper documentation of their vehicles.
- Maintaining all vehicles with 100% accuracy of data in Penguin.
- Assist with other data coordination projects as assigned.
