We Are Looking For Someone Like You
As a Fleet, Subcontracts, and Facilities Coordinator, you will be a vital member of Murphy’s Purchasing team. You will assist in managing the important areas of Fleet, Subcontracts, and Facilities.
Your Day-to-Day at Murphy Company
Assist Fleet and Subcontract Manager with the following:
- Vehicle/Driver Management
- Vehicle Status Updates/Changes
- Overview of various fleets within Murphy Company
- Follow up on after-market equipment orders
- Obtain police reports and other required documentation in regards to vehicle incidents
- Update records when driver’s change vehicles: Enterprise, NexTraq, Penta
- Manage Recalls
- Send and Process Results for DOT drug testing
- Assist with DOT Compliance (IRP, IFTA & ELDs)
- Assist with reconciling Enterprise, Wex and NexTraq Invoices
- Assist with moving spare vehicles
- Write Pos for maintenance
- Subcontract Management
- Assist in processing subcontract and change order requests
- Follow up with new vendors and assist as needed in TradeTapp platform
- Process Subcontractor Certificates of Insurance
- Review and process “Missing Subcontract Documents” Report
- Assist with contract revisions
Work in conjunction with the Facilities Manager to:
- Facilities Management
- Engage with service contractors for building maintenance
- Write PO’s and approve invoices
- Help to maintain budget
