Fire Alarm Test And Inspection Trainee

We are looking for a Fire Alarm Test and Inspection Trainee to join the team!

**This is a full-time position, Monday through Thursday**

In this role you will:

• Assist in routine inspections, testing, troubleshooting and servicing of Fire Alarm systems.
• Parts delivery to jobs and Technicians, as needed.
• Assist with routine inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance on low voltage systems.
• Determine the presence of other fire protection and building systems, and device locations.
• Document detailed reports of fire inspections performed, fire code violations observed, and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on and off site.
• Provide exceptional customer service & develop strong relationships with customers.
• Interface successfully with clients and other branches of business; Administration, Sales, and Management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Valid state issued driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Working Conditions:

• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• Occasionally required to sit, climb ladders or balance.
• Not a climate-controlled environment; temperatures will fluctuate; dusty.
