Position: NFPA 72 Fire Alarm Technician
System Installation: Expertly install, configure, and program Fire Alarm systems according to NFPA 72 guidelines.
Inspections and Testing: Conduct thorough inspections and testing of Fire Alarm systems to ensure compliance with NFPA 72 standards.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring the optimal performance of Fire Alarm systems.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all installations, inspections, repairs, and upgrades, adhering to NFPA 72 documentation requirements.
Code Compliance: Stay up-to-date with the latest revisions and amendments to NFPA 72 codes, ensuring strict adherence to regulations.
Customer Training: Provide comprehensive training to clients on the operation and maintenance of Fire Alarm systems.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members, project managers, and clients to ensure seamless integration of Fire Alarm systems with overall security infrastructure.
Requirements:
- NFPA 72 Certification: Possess a valid and current NFPA 72 Fire Alarm Systems certification.
Experience: Proven experience as a Fire Alarm Technician with a focus on NFPA 72 compliance.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with a variety of Fire Alarm control panels, devices, and related equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
Safety Commitment: Demonstrate a commitment to safety protocols and awareness of potential hazards associated with Fire Alarm systems.
Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per year
