We are seeking a Financial Solution Specialist to join our clients team in Vernon Hills. As a Financial Solution Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations during a temporary six-month period. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, providing strategic insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient functioning of financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support financial decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations.
- Conduct research on market trends and industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Support the implementation of Financial Solutions and process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial analysis or a similar role. At least two-years experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
