As a Paraplanner at Retallick Financial Group, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' financial planning needs and contributing to their overall financial success, utilizing RightCapital software.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation of comprehensive financial plans for clients.

- Conduct investment research and analysis to support portfolio management.

- Collaborate with financial advisors to address client needs and provide exceptional service.

- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for client meetings.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.

- Coordinate and support the implementation of client financial strategies.

Qualifications:

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

- Experience working in the Financial Services industry.

- Proficiency in financial planning software, specifically RightCapital, and tools.

- Knowledge of investment products, estate planning, and tax strategies.

- Relevant certifications such as CFP®, ChFC®, or CFA.

- Familiarity with CRM and financial planning software.
