A leading builder is currently seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join their team! Duties and responsibilities
- Utilize VestaCalc to assist in the preparation of computer models, facilitating analysis and evaluation of third-party financing options.
- Provide necessary documents such as purchase and sale agreements (PSAs), development schedules, reimbursement agreements, environmental reports, market analyses, and home plans to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct financial analysis essential for managing proformas of existing developments, collaborating with the accounting department as needed.
- Facilitate communication among relevant parties to ensure the seamless completion of financing transactions.
- Demonstrate a robust understanding of land development budgets and reimbursements.
- Monitor the accuracy and timing of deposits and closings through the cash requirements report.
- Track budgets and updates for financed assets.
- Contribute to the formation and reporting of community facility districts, Finance District Credit Agreements/Confirmations & Reimbursements.
- Ensure compliance with joint venture obligations.
- Prepare updates and schedules for periodic corporate reporting.
Qualifications
- Five (5) years of related work experience required with at least three (3) years homebuilding experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong accounting and/or finance background
- Advanced PC skills, including use of Excel Spreadsheet and Microsoft Word for Windows
- Problem-solving desire/orientation and be able to deal with complex problems in an efficient manner leading to management decisions and recommendations
