The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently, as this role involves primarily solo operation. While this position isn't entry-level, extensive experience isn't a requirement either. The ideal candidate will primarily be responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company.
- Preparing and processing journal entries for various accounts.
- Reconciling general ledger accounts regularly.
- Assisting with job costing and budgeting.
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Preparing financial reports and statements as needed.
- Assisting with tax preparation and filing.
- Utilizing QuickBooks Online.
Qualifications:
- Proficient with QuickBooks Online
- 2+ Years of Bookkeeping Experience
- Understanding of Accounting Principles
- Excellent Organizational & Prioritization Skills
