Responsibilities
Provides Financial Aid information including federal Financial Aid eligibility requirements and the application process to prospective students, current students, and families. Resolve student issues and directs students and families to the appropriate person when additional assistance is needed. Supports the administrative and operational tasks related to a successful Financial Aid office. Assist with management of a comprehensive Financial Aid computer system and other related Financial Aid systems. Manage system modifications needed to support updated and/or new federal or state regulations to ensure efficient delivery of Financial Aid services. Monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of Financial Aid service delivery methods and procedures. Identify opportunities for improvement and review recommendations with Financial Aid Program Manager and Financial Aid Director. Communicate and implement improvements as needed with the Financial Aid Program Manager. Advanced working knowledge of all Microsoft office products. Able to use Microsoft products to identify and improve operational efficiency including automation. Assists the Program Manager in fully designing, integrating, and utilizing our student information system to efficiently process Financial Aid. Required participation in annual Financial Aid training to keep abreast of changes to the federal Financial Aid regulations.
This position is a combination of remote and onsite support work. Individual must live within driving distance to the Mayo Clinic Arizona campus.
This position will support the Financial Aid department.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (Master’s degree preferred) with a minimum of (2) years' relevant experience in higher education, health care, business, IT, finance, accounting or project management. Knowledge of Windows software, including databases and spreadsheets. Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Project Management or related certifications preferred.
