Investment Operations Specialist

SUMMARY:

The Investment Operations Specialist position represents a unique opportunity to help architect, develop, and manage the firm’s investment models, portfolio analysis and investment management tools. The position aims to provide a broad suite of investment solutions and offers support to investment advisors to help increase value for clients. This role will work directly with the COO and Senior Operations Specialist to build and manage investment solutions, maintain and trade active models, research market trends, and to update performance marketing materials.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

· Maintain and trade current investment models to include sub-advisor platforms and internal models.

· Work directly with investment platforms such as 55ip, First Trust and other important investment management relationships.

· Help to maintain marketing deliverables approved for client use.

· Manage projects related to building out the investment offering, including the launch of new strategies and helping create marketing fact sheets, etc.

· Assisting Advisors with client portfolio reports, analysis and firm level offerings.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

· Investment industry experience.

· Have or obtain the SIE, Series 7 and 63.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
