Essential Function/Core Responsibilities: Are you ready to be at the forefront of financial excellence? As a key player in our team, you will:

• Analyze Financial Performance: Dive deep into financial information to assess performance against plans and operational metrics. Your insights will shape recommendations for procedural changes, cost control measures, and other strategic actions.
• Expertise – gain an understanding and help manage the financial details for customers, including their billing, contracts, price increases, and profitability.
• Data Mastery: Collect, compile, and analyze complex business and financial data, transforming it into integrated revenue/expense projections, and reports that drive informed decision-making.
• Accuracy and Integrity: Review data and documents with precision to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial and accounting systems, ensuring that our foundation is rock-solid.
• Recommendation Champion: Assist in identifying cost-saving and profit-generating opportunities, via automation, process improvement, or system implementations.
• Trusted Resource –Engage with key stakeholders across the business providing insightful analysis and financial support for companywide initiatives.

• Experience managing team members or an offshore function
• Excellent financial management and planning skills.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (including advanced proficiency with Excel), and the ability to learn and effectively use software applications such as accounting/billing, HRIS, and other applications used in the performance of job duties.
• Ability to work with large sets of data to create and understand trends that affect sales, operational, and/or financial aspects of an organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
