Role and Responsibilities

Dans le cadre de ses fonctions, les tâches suivantes incombent à l'Analyste financier II :

• Assister l'équipe d'analystes financiers dans plusieurs domaines tels que l'ensemble des étapes de la clôture mensuelle et la préparation de divers rapports financiers mensuels et trimestriels.
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les filiales.
• Vérifier et analyser les chiffres mensuels.
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la haute direction.
• Participer aux processus annuels d'établissement des budgets et des prévisions.
• Participer à différents projets spéciaux et à des analyses ponctuelles.

Qualifications

• Diplôme universitaire en comptabilité ou en finances.
• Accréditation reconnue en comptabilité (CMA, CA, CGA).
• Un minimum de 4 à 6 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de l'analyse financière (responsabilité en matière d'information financière ou d'analyse du rendement financier).
• Capable de travailler sur des projets de manière autonome.
• Expérience en matière de consolidation.
• Esprit créatif, capacité de proposer des idées innovantes.
• Bonnes aptitudes analytiques et techniques.
• Solides compétences relationnelles avec une capacité manifeste à communiquer des idées et des actions aux salariés de l'entreprise à tous les niveaux de celle-ci.
• Axé sur les résultats avec un souci du détail prononcé.
• Bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Connaissance des systèmes Hyperion Enterprise et Oracle, un atout
• Maîtrise de l'anglais et xxx.

The role we are offering you:
The Finance Analyst II owns and analyzes financial statements while working closely with the business and Finance leadership to ensure accuracy. This position owns and distributes regular reporting to the business and Finance. This role implements best practices, streamlines processes and enables efficient workflow to ensure timely reporting. Are you ready to:

• Assist the Financial Analysts' team in several areas (all steps of monthly closing, preparation of various monthly and quarterly financial reports, etc.)
• Work closely with the subsidiaries.
• Verify and analyze monthly figures.
• Work closely with senior management.
• Participate in the annual budget and forecasting processes.
• Participate in different special projects and ad hoc analyses.

Our ideal candidate has:

• University degree in accounting or finance.
• Recognized accounting certification (CMA, CA, CGA).
• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of previous Financial Analyst responsibilities, such as financial reporting and analyzing financial performance.
• Capable of working on projects with little guidance.
• Consolidation experience.
• Creative mind/able to think outside of the box.
• Good analytical and technical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate ideas and actions to people at all levels of the organization.
• Results-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Hyperion Enterprise and Oracle systems, an asset.
• Fluency in English
