Job Summary

· This job will work closely with the Controller and Chief Financial Officer to develop, maintain, and distribute key financial and analytical reports. The job will analyze business operations, track progress on the Company’s Strategic Plan, assist in preparing and monitoring operating budgets, prepare executive presentations, support operations with key projects, and prepare ad-hoc analysis as requested.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

· Prepare and analyze financial statements via reporting software and/or Excel

· Prepare analytical reports to monitor business trends including revenues, transaction volume, labor, cost of goods, and other operating expenses

· Prepare and maintain inventory of financial reports utilized by the organization

· Assist Controller with preparation of annual operating budget and tracking budget variances during performance periods

· Track progress against Company’s Strategic Plan

· Routinely prepare executive presentations utilizing Power Point

· Ensure success of key operating projects/initiatives through project management and administrative support

· Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis pertaining to business trends, market conditions, and capital purchases
