Responsibilities
- Execute various accounting tasks, including intercompany transactions, prepaids, and accrual accounting
- Support month-end closing activities
- Formulate and update accounting policies and procedures pertinent to assigned responsibilities
- Support Concur and P-card programs
- Review or prepare reconciliations for assigned general ledger accounts
- Establish and maintain detailed procedures for all desk-level activities
- Aid in coordinating and managing audit programs and meeting SOX requirements
- Provide transactional support as necessary
Requirements
- Associates Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration, with at least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, and familiarity with US GAAP and SOX OR
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, with at least 1 year of experience in accounting or finance, and familiarity with US GAAP and SOX
- Demonstrated proficiency in Excel
- Exhibit technical ability to create, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data / reports
