Role and Responsibilities
Specific responsibilities include:
• Manage financial processes such as creating and managing Campaign, Execution Order, Payment creation, etc.
• Ensuring the accuracy of financial data processed in the NERP system.
• Responsible for reconciling marketing invoices with the supporting documents submitted by the vendors
• Collaborate with channel marketing managers to make sure marketing programs are created on a timely manner.
• Manage aging of Execution Order aging and close it on timely manner
• Work with Finance manager in preparing Bi-weekly forecast submission
• Generate required reporting to validate payments and resolve discrepancies and variances
• Responsible for finance/reporting, financial data analytics and support ad-hoc activities
• Analyze actual spending data and update accruals
Background & Competencies Required:
• Bachelor's Degree with 5-10 years of directly related experience is required
• Prior experience in retail finance preferred
• Must have accounting experience utilizing SAP software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of PC software applications experience with solid Excel and PowerPoint skills.
