Job Description:
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Our business unit finance team has a need to completely redesign our cashflow and balance sheet forecasting process. This person will lead this initiative and work with senior leadership across the team to accomplish this. This role is an ideal stepping-stone into management.
Requires at least 3-7 years of Cash flow forecasting & analysis. Preferred: Experience in Private equity, Restructuring analysis, Big 4 Advisory.
Pay and level of role depending on background and years of experience (Senior Analyst/Lead Analyst/Principal).
Analyze the company's working capital including accounts receivable, accounts payable and inventory.
Monitor and track cash flow, identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to optimize cash flow.
Forecast the timing of cash movements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to improve working capital.
Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts.
Generate financial statements and perform financial consolidation for month-end close.
Provide analysis in financial budgeting and planning, and support management to enhance understanding of financial data and performance.
Support the development of financial models and other analytical tools to enhance the efficiency of business applications and processes.
Coach less-experienced financial analysts as needed.

The Compensation range for this position is approximately $75,200k - $98,700k+ and will be based on the candidate's qualification, experience, and education.
Qualifications:
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Requires at least 3-7 years related experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong Excel and Access skills.
Knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion).
Experience using SQL, Power Query or Access preferred.
Advanced aptitude in problem solving.
Strong leadership skills and initiative.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
