Lincoln Tech is seeking a Customer Service Rep to support students and their families in evaluating education costs and financial support options. In this position, you will report to the Director of Financial Aid. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who wants to help students and families reach their education goals.
Key Qualifications
- 2+ years of Financial Aid experience
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Guide students and parents through the Financial Aid process
- Create Financial Aid packages that are in compliance with institutional policies and federal regulations
- Assist students and parents with additional financing
- Answer student questions or concerns regarding the Financial Aid package
- Report to the Director of Financial Aid
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
