We are looking for a Financial Advisor assistant to act as an intermediary between our Financial Advisor and customers. You will be an initial point of contact for inbound calls and outreach. You will be responsible for client meeting scheduling as well as meeting follow up including paperwork processing and accuracy. You will also be responsible for other administrative tasks as necessary. We are open to a flexible work schedule with negotiable hours.
Responsibilities
- Schedule review meetings by phone call or electronic communication with clients and prospective clients
- Gather meeting preparation items
- Complete meeting follow-up items at the direction of the Financial Advisor, including paperwork processing and order accuracy
- Learn client relationship management system, making sure all client contact information is accurate and up to date.
- Answer incoming phone calls, handle incoming mail and take care of general office upkeep including ordering supplies
- Keep office compliant with home office policies including updating required files.
- Assistance with office marketing including updating social media postings (already created content,) sending in print advertising material and updating website (already created content.)
Skills and Knowledge
- Track record of successful office administration preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to adapt to new technology
- Excellent PC knowledge and ability to operate database systems
- Current Notary preferred, or willingness to obtain at company expense
Other
- Must have clean criminal record. Fingerprinting and background check will be required.
- Prior employment record and references will be verified

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
