Duties include but are not limited to:
- Answer multi-line phone, screen and route the calls appropriately
- Typing correspondence letters, emails and reports to clients and investment companies
- General clerical duties including filing and maintaining files, data entry and maintaining database
- Ordering and maintaining current marketing materials of products/funds
- Establishing and maintaining files to meet regulatory requirements
- Business processing including account opening and various client servicing
- Maintaining client records
Qualifications Needed:
- Previous experience working in a brokerage/advisory based firm is required with knowledge of the Securities Industry, Security licenses beneficial or be willing to obtain
- Must be able to pass a background check and be fingerprinted
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
- Strong interpersonal skills when working with a team
- Exceptional customer service skills while assisting clients with inquiries
- Must be a motivated self-starter
- Basic PC and MS Office skills
- Most importantly it is expected that the prospective person be professional, honest, outgoing and have good communication skills to provide courteous and exceptional service to our clients as a representative of Hadel Financial Advisors, Inc.
- Salary: Based on experience and hours worked

Previous experience working as a receptionist, office assistant, executive assistant or in financial industry would make you a good fit for this roll.
