Paraplanner / Advisor Assistant – WFH Position

Independent wealth management practice in Bellingham, WA seeks a hard-working and detail-oriented individual to fill an immediate paraplanner / Advisor Assistant role. This is a flexible part-time position, so working around other responsibilities (family, another job, etc.) is possible.

This individual will become proficient on all technology tools needed in the practice and paperwork processing/workflow to help facilitate continual growth. The software includes eMoney, Holistiplan, WealthBox, Riskalyze and learning LPL Client Works (training provided). A successful team member must be willing to learn, be coachable, stay up to date on technology/processes, and be a proactive problem solver.

We are seeking an individual with experience in the financial services industry. This could be a great role for a licensed assistant looking for more upward mobility or a current financial advisor who would like to utilize their knowledge and simplify their life with a secure role with consistent income and benefits.

Our software is all web based so . We currently have staff in 3 states and are growing faster than ever.

Requirements:

• Successfully pass the background, criminal, financial, and regulatory review. Clean background and average credit score (or better) are a must.
• Previous securities, administration, tax, or financial services industry experience.

Part-time starts with a trial period for those unlicensed. We are offering 15 hours a week and willing to move someone up to 20 hours a week once trial period is complete.

Schedules are flexible, so working around other responsibilities such as school, family, etc. is possible.

Hourly range for part-time unlicensed assistant (DOE): $21-$24/hour + bonuses

Hourly range for part-time licensed assistant (DOE): $24-$31/hour + bonuses
