Schedule: Part Time
Pay: $20.55 per hour
Location: Camp Friendship in Annandale, MN

- Collaborate with Development in tracking campaign
- Monitor account and prepare financial reports
- State invoicing and reporting
- Manage financial software
- Track endowments
- Maintain fund accounting process
- Improve operational efficiency
- Document and report on capital/restricted funds
- Assist with accounts receivable as needed
- All other duties as assigned
- 2+ years accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience
- High school diploma; Associates degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of waivered billing and processing
- Able to multitask
- Time management and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with proven analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with registration software desirable
- Intermediate data entry skills
- Able to pass organizational background check
