Finance Manager

Established Napa County Winery is seeking a well-organized and motivated team player to oversee accounting functions. Candidate must have strong attention to detail, a positive outlook, and ability to work both individually and in a team. Position is part time, approximately 20 to 30 hours.

• Monitor cashflow and credit line availability • Perform A/R and A/P functions • Reconciliation of general ledger accounts • Analyze and communicate monthly financial statements • Ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations • Communicate with Winery Clients • Other administrative duties as requested

· BS or BA in Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent experience.

• 3+ Years of experience
• Strong communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Intermediate/Advanced Quick Books user
• Good excel and analytical skills
• Ability to learn new Windows based industry-specific Software

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
