Finance Clerk
The Town of White Hall is growing, and we are looking to add a Finance Clerk to the Administrative office. We are seeking someone with an eye for detail, accounting experience, dedication, and a friendly team attitude.
Finance Clerk Tasks:
· Bank Reconciliation
· General Ledger Reconciliation
· Journal Entries
· Maintain & Review Electronic Document Process
· FOIA Requests
· Billing-Fire Fees, Business Registration, MCRS, Police/Public Works Services
· Leasing Schedules
· Quote Management
· Voided Checks
· 1099 and W-9 Processing for Vendors
· Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
· Associates Degree preferred but not required with the right qualifications
· Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, PowerPoint
· Ability to use and pick up on new computer software quickly.
· Detailed Individual
· Experience with Xero, and GSuite helpful
· Willing to submit to Background Check and Drug Test
