Job Summary: We are seeking a versatile and dynamic individual to join our team as a Finance and Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in facilitating lending for our clients while supporting the Customer Service and accounting departments.

Responsibilities:

• Review and assess loan requests for home improvement projects.
• Analyze clients' financial status and creditworthiness.
• Collect necessary financial data and documentation from clients.
• Evaluate risks associated with each loan application.
• Communicate with clients to gather additional information if needed.
• Work with key lenders to make informed decisions to approve or reject loan requests.
• Establish and manage payment plans in collaboration with clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all loan applications.
• Interact with customers through multiple channels, addressing inquiries and providing timely solutions.
• Proactively identify and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive and seamless experience.
• Maintain clear and concise communication with customers, keeping them informed about project status and updates.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance Customer Service skills and maintain professionalism.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with lending procedures and products in the home improvement industry.
• Proficiency in creating and processing financial spreadsheets.
• Strong analytical skills to assess creditworthiness and risks.
• Customer service experience to ensure a positive client experience.
• Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.
• Experience in Banking, Finance, or a related field – preferred.

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
