We are a small but busy Law firm in Ann Arbor is seeking a part-time file clerk to assist the firm with managing both physical and electronic files. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, be methodical, punctual, and take pride in the appearance and thoroughness of their work. The ability to keep a reliable work schedule is a must. Prefer someone who could work mornings, a shift of 4-6 hours, several days a week.
Position Requirement:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Specifically, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe.
- Ability to prioritize projects and multi-task while remaining calm and efficient.
- Professionalism and a winning attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
Duties include: ·
- Maintaining and organizing electronic files database.
- Review calendars and prepare paper files for attorney meetings.
- Provide and assist in legal administrative and office management support.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
