Salary Overview:
The pay rate for this role starts at $15 per hour based on experience.
Hours:
The hours for this position are M-F 7:30 am-3:30 pm.
File Room Disposal Coordinator Responsibilities Include:
- Complete all paperwork on vehicles daily.
- Pull files, keys, and registrations for employees daily.
- Send files and keys to other locations per work order daily.
- Complete claim forms when requested.
- Complete refresh and repair forms when requested.
- Update vehicle information for every vehicle in the computer systems.
- Run disposal reports daily.
- Distribute repair and refresh packets when requested.
- Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service’s DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Must be customer service oriented.
- Must have exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Must be detail-oriented.
- Must be a reliable team player.
- 1-year customer service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook applications preferred.
- 50% of your job will consist of you sitting while working. The rest of the time your job will be divided up between walking, standing, and lifting.
