Field Training Officer

Responsibilities:
Regionally-based EMT Field Training Officer for Mobile Health, with 2 years of EMT field experience within RWJBH. The FTO will be tasked with educating and onboarding of the new EMT employees on the 9-1-1 and interfacility service lines in the areas that we serve.
Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent, Associates Degree preferred
• NEMSMA SPO ACPE preferred
• NEMSMA Basic FTO
• NJ or NY or PA or National Registry EMT
• American Heart Association-Basic Life Support CPR
• PHTLS/ITLS preferred
• Valid driver's License in the state of residence that meets our standards
• HAZMAT Awareness
• WMD/CBRNE Awareness
