Accent Controls, Inc. (ACI) is currently accepting applications for Field Service Representative (FSR) candidates, supporting Fort Hood Logistics Readiness Center, located in Fort Cavazos, Texas.
Job Summary
The Field Service Representative must have a minimum of ten (10) years experiences in U.S. Army logistics (or combination of hands-on training and U.S. Army logistics), specifically STAMIS Property Book / Unit Supply / Ground Maintenance and Property Accountability. The support activities include, but are not limited to, providing the Unit with support by answering immediate questions, demonstrating and supporting hands-on usage of the GCSS-Army solution, and reinforcing formal classroom training where skill deficiencies are identified by the Unit. The On-site SMEs will be Certified Solution Experts (CSE) with credentials certified by the Contractor as Wave1, Wave 2, or Multifunctional designations. All On-site SMEs will provide support across all of the functional areas. The FSR will provide hands-on system knowledge, provide on-site individual instruction, assist in solution problem resolution and maintain ongoing integration with the GCSS-Army Program Management Office's (PMO) sustainment efforts.
TASK DETAILS/ ORGANIZATIONAL CONTROLS/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
Possesses operational knowledge and skills in Army Maintenance Information Systems LIW, SAMS-IE and GCSS-A
Serves as on-site Point of contact (POC) with GCSS-A Program Management Office (PMO)
Responsible for problem resolution and administrative processes to include, but not limited to, staffing, training, skills retention, government reporting and reach back for emergent training requirements
Supports Implementation Teams in day to day activities for configuring and designing the Property Book/Unit Supply portion of the Tactical Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation of the Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-Army)
Provides Army Logistical Subject Matter Expert advice on Army Transformation, functionality, policy, and procedures to SAP trained consultants
Provides information on the Army authorization documents: TOE, MTOE, TDA, MTDA, Augmentation TDA, Common Table of Allowances, and Letters of Authorization
Participates in the review of regulatory and other directives having logistics systems applications for consistency with Army logistics doctrine and determined the impact on the automated systems
Participates in Ad Hoc group meetings
Provides information on the organizational equipment readiness process.
Assists in the development of management policies pertaining to GCSS-A
Leads student classes in multiple Programs of Instruction (POI) for varying levels of experience and command
Creates daily status briefs for Department of the Army stakeholders, senior company leadership and local senior Unit representatives
REQUIREMENTS/ SPECIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
Must be Certified Solution Experts (CSE) with credentials certified by Contractor as Wave 1, Wave 2 or Multifunctional and possess operational knowledge and skills in Army Maintenance and Logistics Information Systems. 10+ years' experience using U.S. Army logistics tools, techniques and procedures Experience in Military Supply Operations listed below:
Battalion S-4/Brigade S-4 Supply Operations Experience
Property Book Officer Experience (Senior NCO/Warrant Officer)
Asset Management
Unit Level Supply Room Experience (Supply Sergeant)
Valid Driver's License
Ability to obtain a CAC

Practices physical security and is committed to safety practices.
Working Conditions:
Works on concrete floors and in drafty areas. May be exposed to fumes, fluids, dirt, battery acids, etc., resulting in bruises, cuts, burns, and skin irritation. Wearing of protective wear and other safety equipment is required during all periods of exposure to hazardous conditions. Hand trucks, dollies, and other workers are available for assistance with heavier items.
