Clinical Services Representative


Clinical Services Representatives are expected deliver outstanding customer service for all clients and internal/external customers while providing efficient and effective daily operations of the Public Health Clinic and WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) programs. They expedite check in/check-out process by reviewing appointment status to view information regarding appointment and insurance information. Examples of work include: schedules client appointments; greets clients; routes clientele, determines client’s financial status; completes registration forms; prepares and maintains client health record, collects service fees and processes client bills, conducts community outreach activities, and makes referrals according to program procedures. If bi-lingual required, incumbent must be able to communicate effectively in both English and a defined non-English language with staff and clients as needed.

Lexington-Fayette County Health Department (LFCHD) offers a comprehensive benefits package to full-time and some part-time eligible employees, including paid time off (annual and sick leave accruals); robust wellness program and 13 paid holidays.
