As a CSR, you will be responsible for delivering world-class Customer Service and technical expertise. This role will manage all aspects of the service team’s daily activities. You will report directly to the Service Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage all customer communication on Service Projects
Coordinate all scheduling of Service Techs to support Service Projects
Build and maintain effective relationships, both internal and external
Place material orders to support Service Projects – Ensure on-time delivery.
Produce and distribute post-call Status to internal and external stakeholders.
Lead/Support development and implementation of new processes, and process improvements
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years in a customer experience/service environment
Excellent people skills
Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills
Comfortable interacting and working with all levels of associates.
Strong attention-to-detail and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
Bachelor’s or associate degree from an accredited institution is preferred but not required.
Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (hours vary) with occasional Saturdays overtime as required.
Wage: $25/hr
