Position Responsibilities
- Daily Work Scheduling and Reporting
- Update and Manage open tickets
- Assist with Dispatch and scheduling Technician work
- Review and input Closed Ticket information and inventory movements
- Parts and Inventory
- Assist Technicians and Customers with parts identification and sourcing
- Request Field Parts Shipments
- Create and review Estimates and Invoices
- Organize quarterly field inventory
- Customer Interface
- Build Relationships with all Technicians and Customers
- Work with customers to track and schedule Preventive Maintenance services
- Promote Non-Warranty parts and labor sales
Position Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new or updated software
- High school diploma required
- At least 2 years of related experience
