YOUR LIFE AS A PLUMBING SERVICE COORDINATOR
This customer service position typically works 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM and may sometimes take calls from clients after hours.
As a Plumbing Service Coordinator, you add a personal touch to our projects as you directly communicate with major clients. You are a friendly, charismatic person who develops positive working relationships with our clients and ensures our work meets and exceeds their expectations. As we take on new projects, you take the time to meet with each client to fully understand their needs. Prioritizing efficiency, you help set timelines for the work and create realistic, effective schedules for our service technicians.
You skillfully coordinate our material and labor availability so that our techs can get the job done without running out of supplies. If the project is delayed or an issue arises, you keep the client well informed on the work's status. After we finish a project, you break down the hours worked for each service tech, so everyone is paid fairly. You take pride in managing our high-quality projects and keeping our clients happy!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- 3+ years of Plumbing Service and repair experience
- 2+ years of plumbing project coordination experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test upon hire
