How You Will Make an Impact
As the Field Sales Representative, you will provide sales support to field-based clients for optimized delivery of sand, trucking and last mile products and services. This is an excellent opportunity to be an integral part of our commercial organization and positively impact the outcomes we deliver to our customers.
This role will be based in Houston and will require travel up to 75%.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the sales team to develop strategies to identify and attract new clients, ensure clients renewals, gain field intelligence, and maximize revenue within a defined territory
- Support Sales Team in execution of the annual plan and strategic initiatives
- Make sales calls, primarily field based, and provides technical support to customers in a defined territory as needed
- Prepare for and facilitates sales calls and documents outcomes as needed in given job scope and territory
- Provide insight and intelligence to corporation on activity and operations in defined territory
- Draw on knowledge of products and their capabilities to identify and troubleshoot/resolve complex customer issues independently
- Assist with resolving complex customer issues, as needed
- Provide feedback/insight on customer needs, competitors, technology, and other pertinent issues via CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system/process
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related program
- Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience
- Strong knowledge of oil and gas field operations + well completions
