Expected pay range: $55,000 - $62,500.
Summary and Scope
The Field Operations Specialist acts as the conduit between the Field Operations Department and the Jackson Yard and Warehouse. The Specialist is responsible for supporting the Operations and Field staffs with Administration, IT Resources Kits, Badging, Laundry & Housekeeping (LHK), Development & Growth, and more.
Essential Functions
- Leads the creation, tracking, deployment, setup, and monitoring of all DR Resource Kits
- Responsible for maintaining adequate supply of on-demand kits across various sites and storage facilities.
- Works with IT team members on the deployment and management of all IT kit assets required for general on-site administration.
- Assists in creating, administering, and auditing a functioning corporate badge system
- Monitors and supports on-site badge systems
- Assists with ordering and monitoring of all necessary badge supplies
- Preforms general IT hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting as they relate to kit assets
- Keep track and record HKL supply deliveries.
- Keep proper inventory of all supplies.
- Assembles various types of LHK kits based on mission.
- Re-order supplies as needed.
- Correctly label kits and upload into various software and databases.

- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral, sufficient to communicate clearly with a global workforce.
- Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and email communications
- Ability to proactively identify issues and resolve them before problems occur
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Experience working in a warehouse environment desired but not required
- Travel required as-needed to sites, training, and hiring events to assist in a variety of functions.
Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required
- 1+ year of experience in inventory tracking and management is required
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Ability to twist, turn, bend, lift, kneel, climb and stand. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. may occur. Employee will be required to travel (at organization expense) in automobile and/or aircraft.
Expected Hours of Work
The ability to work flexible hours including nights, holidays, and weekends will be required based on contract needs. It is expected for this position to attend regular meetings during typical work hours in Eastern Standard Time as well as meetings as needed for assigned projects in other time zones.
Work Environment
This job operates in professional office environments or remotely in field environments. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, smartphones, photocopiers, filing cabinets canners, and presentation materials. There is an expectation of clear communication in English both written and orally.
Travel
This position requires up to 25% travel. Travel is dependent on contract load. The ability to travel to job sites and be away for extended periods of time based on contract needs is required. Short notice travel is required with 24-48 hours’ notice.
Work Authorization
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to travel within the Continental United States (CONUS)
- Must pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check, and a background check upon accepting a conditional offer of employment.
- Must possess a valid driver's license. Have/maintain a clean driving record.
