We are seeking experienced Independent Contractors to join our team of TaskForce professionals in all of our regions throughout the country. This position does not require a real estate license, but does require impeccable customer service and organizational skills along with reliable transportation.
Independent Contractor Responsibilities:
- Effectively completing a wide range of field tasks, such as property inspections, maintenance completion verifications, occupancy checks and more.
- Adapting work methodologies and strategies to best suit the unique demands of each property and task.
- Procuring necessary materials essential for successful task completion.
- Overseeing tasks throughout their lifecycle, from initiation to fulfillment with relevant documentation
- Promptly addressing and discussing any task-related challenges with the Home365.
- Ensuring the meticulous execution of assignments as per defined parameters.
- Meeting assigned tasks within predetermined deadlines.
Independent Contractor Requirements:
- Reliable Transportation
- Valid Driver's License
- Smartphone
- Established track record in a comparable field-based role.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication proficiencies.
- Outstanding analytical and creative problem-solving capabilities.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
- Proficiency in independently executing tasks, demonstrating a commitment to quality standards.
