Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crew Leader to join our team. As a Crew Leader, you will supervise and coordinate the activities of a maintenance crew as well as snow and ice management. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, timely, safely, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead a maintenance team ensuring that they adhere to safety protocols and follow project plans

- Assign tasks to crew members and provide guidance and support as needed

- Monitor progress of projects and ensure that work is completed on schedule

- Collaborate with project managers to develop work schedules and allocate resources effectively

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications

- Review blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand project requirements

- Utilize construction management software (to track project progress and update documentation

- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, as necessary

- Maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Crew Leader or similar role in the Landscape industry

- Strong knowledge of commercial/HOA maintenance , techniques, and materials

- Proficiency in using CRM software

- Familiarity with budgeting and cost estimation

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

- Experience operating all maintenance related hand tools, gas powered tools, zero turns, operate 3/4 or 1 ton truck with trailer.

- Experience and proficient in snow & ice management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
