Family Resource Site Manager

Summary
CFA currently has an opportunity for a Full-time Family Resource Center Site Manageravailable to operate one of our Agency’s Family Resource Centers (FRC) located in New London BP Mission schools. "A strong preference for a Spanish speaking candidate."
Our FRC goal is to provide children and families with the tools, supports, and services necessary to ensure family safety and child success. Our FRC team implements a wide variety of activities that support the well-being of families and successful cognitive and emotional growth of children. These services can occur either in a school setting, community setting, or in a family's home. We are looking for a flexible team player, who can collaborate well with school administrators, other community partners and families that we serve. Candidate must be comfortable with visiting families within their homes, in order to provide necessary support. A qualified candidate must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in education or a human services related field. A valid driver license is required.
