Our team includes 300 professionals and over 500+ trained volunteers collaborate to provide our communities with a wide range of responsive and innovative services. Through our comprehensive network of services, more than 23,000 children, adults, families and communities receive the care, encouragement and resources needed to realize their potential.

Responsibilities:
- Onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into Family Centers.
- Effectively maximize ADP Workforce Now system to enter, obtain, store and analyze pertinent data and information.
- Complete benefits administration tasks, including supporting open enrollment, FMLA, workers compensation, and benefits monthly invoices from carriers
- Maintain Job Postings in ADP and external sites,
- Other duties as assigned such as offboarding, compliance audits, and talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- Previous hands-on experience in HR, at least 4 years
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with strong verbal and written skills.
- Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
- SHRM or HRCI certified preferred
