Description
UCFS is currently seeking a Part-time (20 hours) Family Based Recovery Supervisor to lead ongoing program administration and clinical supervision, including grant (s) and funding source management for large and high risk multi-faceted clinical treatment for FBR program. The client population served by this program is young children and their parents in recovery.
Essential Responsibilities -

  • Provide ongoing program administration, including adherence to contract scope of service requirements; assist in preparation and adherence to program/department budget; provide for program data reporting; assist in preparation of contracts, grant applications
  • Provide ongoing clinical oversight and supervision, and be available 24/7 for staff consultation and crisis intervention, referrals, training or other; organize and lead clinical team meetings; review counseling/clinical interventions, mandated record keeping; treatment episodes & progress, and therapeutic treatment plans; monitor team performance on achievement of approved outcome standards and related other.
  • Supervise daily operations, output and staff; monitor scheduling, workflow, quality, productivity and attendance; conduct all Personnel actions such as interviewing, training, performance appraisal, coaching/counseling and related; serve as communications link for your staff within UCFS, with funding source and all others; administer BHS& UCFS policies & procedures; resolve obstacles & challenges
  • Serve as program, contract and community liaison; partake in case conferences &/or program meetings regionally, statewide, etc. as directed by funding source or mgmt..; collaborate regularly with funding source to evaluate process, service delivery & scope, outcomes, referrals &/or team problem solving; coordinate processes and improvements interdepartmentally; partake in community events and activities, UCFS management meetings, trainings and related other.
  • Ensure program compliance with ongoing technical assistance and quality assurance from model developers
  • Keep abreast of current trends and clinical practices, including evidence based practices to provide for BHS future implementation, may involve research, analysis, development of recommended implementation plan, including model sustainability with fidelity.
  • Maintain professional competency of staff and self by providing in -service education, keeping abreast of changes in the profession, reviewing credentials annually in conjunction with performance evaluations, and recommending staff for continuing education

Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, and/or psychology
  • Minimum of six-seven years related experience to include at least 3years in a supervisory capacity ***(in rare and exceptional cases our funding sources may agree to an educational/experience equivalency)***
  • Current certification as a Connecticut LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
  • Valid Connecticut driver's license is required
  • vaccination against Covid-19 mandatory
