SalaryCFA currently has an opportunity for a Full-time Family Resource Center Community Worker available to support our Agency’s three Family Resource Centers (FRC) located in both New London and Groton public schools.
Our FRC goal is to provide children and families with the tools, supports, and services necessary to ensure family safety and child success. Our FRC team implements a wide variety of activities that support the well-being of families and successful cognitive and emotional growth of children. We are looking for a flexible team player, who can collaborate well with school administrators, community partners and families that we serve. Responsibilities may include supporting the FRC Site Managers with client intake, individual casework, family resources & referrals, home visiting, playgroups, data collection and involvement with school & community events.
Previous experience working with children and families preferred. Bilingual candidates are encouraged interview.
