Outreach Coordinator- GM Dealer Chat
The Outreach Coordinator role utilizes exceptional customer service, marketing, and problem solving to support increase add-on enrollments for GM Dealer Chat. The ideal candidate for this role is a self-starter, who works well on a collaborative team.
The Outreach Coordinator role’s responsibilities include a broad scope of tasks including communicating with dealers, maintaining programs files accurately, reviewing program data, working with vendors to troubleshoot and correct technical issues. This role requires strong attention to detail, good organization, critical thinking skills and the ability to handle all responsibilities in an efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Daily:
· Outbound calls to GM Dealer Chat enrolled dealers to ensure dealer satisfaction.
· Answer dealer questions regarding GM Dealer Chat program and packages
· Soft selling
· Offer free trials of package upgrades, and/or add-on.
· Ensure dealers are fully optimizing the use of their enrolled package
· Maintain and/or create program files
· Assist with program integrations
Weekly:
· Monitor dealer reporting- identify trends
· Weekly GM Dealer Chat upgrade reporting
· Attend weekly/monthly vendor and operations meetings
· Provide weekly updates all dealer needs
Monthly
· Create marketing to update enrolled dealers of new add-ons and any changes to GM Dealer Chat.
· Assist in surveys to dealers to ensure satisfaction with GM Dealer Chat.
· Maintain and/or create process documents
Required
· Minimum 3 years of customer service and/or sales experience
· Proficient with full Microsoft suite
· Experience with Siebel CRM is a plus
· Call center experience is a plus
· Strong reading comprehension and written communication skills
· Able to participate in any required training/industry-specific certifications to maintain the required knowledge and stay current with all training.
