Job description

The Connectivity Solutions Specialist is responsible for delivering a world-class service experience, while showcasing Hotwire's suite of technology products and services. The incumbent ensures the launch process progresses according to plan and the property receives the "white glove" experience from day one. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep knowledge of Telcom/Wireless technology, along with a passion for sales and customer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform in-home in person consultation for every customer including, but not limited to:
    • Introduction and FisionX by Hotwire Included Services Overview
    • Conduct a full-service WiFi assessment to deliver a whole-home Wi-Fi solution that aligns with each customer's unique needs.
    • Activate and transfer temporary Wi-Fi credentials.
    • Product introduction, education, and support overview.
    • Provide awareness of active ethernet port locations - adjust to other rooms if requested.
    • Perform additional product needs assessment and drive upsell to >50% of homes and per revenue targets (as defined)
  • Act as Hotwire's Product Ambassador, educating new customers about our products and driving the adoption of products across all lines of business.
  • Maintain constant and ongoing communication regarding project status with property stakeholders.
  • Consistently use independent discretion to facilitate decisions that ensure the provision of excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships and to provide timely responses to all inquiries regarding technology needs.
  • Maintain consistent presence and visibility at assigned property(s) and be responsive to requests from customers or builders' personnel.
  • Install Hotwire Technology equipment such as ONT, Eero Router, Cat6 Termination, Structured Wiring Box as assigned to your daily route.
  • Maintain presence at assigned properties and attend project meetings, as assigned (weekly property checkpoint, Town Hall, Education).
  • Other duties as required or assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a technical field or business/marketing
  • (Sr.) Minimum of 5 years' experience in telecommunications or related technical field
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful project throughout its lifecycle.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box.
  • Knowledge of cable and telecommunications products and services a plus
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams.
  • Must embrace and display company principles and demonstrate understanding of Hotwire's White Glove culture.
  • Ability to Interact/Support Executive Level Leadership.
