Responsibilities:
- Responsible for organizing and managing complex Family Office affairs
- Working as part of a Family Office team
- Office administrative tasks and responsibilities about the principal
- Assisting with managing personal expenses, including reconciling credit cards & preparing expense reports as needed
- Track various, cars, planes, real estate and other assets.
- Assist with guest events and planning personal meetings, dinners, social gatherings, philanthropy, etc.
- Booking flights, coordinating travel arrangements, and organizing detailed itineraries.
- Communicate and coordinate with other staff, vendors, contractors, etc. as needed
Other Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience providing Executive or Personal support to prominent individuals
- Excellent references from both current and previous employers
- Prioritize executive tasks and multi-task effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in all areas of Microsoft Office and Mac OSX; must be very tech-savvy
- Professional mindset and the utmost discretion
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Flexibility with hours and schedule; available to work overtime as needed
- Valid US work authorization
